Proof, not a pitch deck

Activate.

These aren’t client contracts. They’re passion projects — the stuff I build because I can’t help it. And they’re the clearest proof of how I operate when nobody’s paying me to.

Field notes, not case studies

Rally the people. Build the thing. Keep it moving.

Different projects, same playbook: spot what’s possible, get the right people saying yes, and do the unglamorous follow-through that turns “we should” into “we did.” It’s exactly what I’d bring to your team.

Idea → working tool

The Red Lens™

I kept seeing teams stall for the same reasons, so I built a five-minute clarity assessment that shows how an organization really operates — and the one move that gets momentum back.

What it proves: I don’t just name the problem. I build the thing that fixes it.

Local connections · Built from scratch

SWFLEvents.com

A digital platform connecting Southwest Florida’s events, people, and opportunities. Because finding your people shouldn’t require knowing everyone already.

What it proves: I can take an idea out of the group chat and ship it.

Professional community · Reasons to show up

PRSA Gulf Coast.

Making a professional community actually feel like one: useful connections, real reasons to participate, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps it going.

Instead of another “join a committee” ask, we built the Communication Superpower Quiz: a quick, fun personality assessment that gives members one of six communication superpowers and helps them see how they naturally show up. It feels light. Behind the scenes, it gives the membership team a smarter way to understand where people may be a good fit to get more involved.

What it proves: I keep the energy going long after the kickoff.

Rally the room

Bring people together around something that matters — and give that shared energy a place to go.

Build the system

Less “I thought you had that.” More clear roles, smoother handoffs, and ways of working that actually work.

Ship the thing

Take an idea out of the group chat and into something people can use. Build, learn, and keep making it better.

Imagine what I’d do with your team behind it.
